The Search Engine Optimization Manager will own day-to-day SEO programs, run audits, build roadmaps, and implement technical and content improvements to enhance pipeline and SQLs.

Responsibilities

Run technical and content audits with clear priorities and owners

Build quarterly SEO roadmaps aligned to pipeline and SQL goals

Manage implementation of fixes with engineering and track tickets to completion

Create content briefs that target entities and intents across the funnel

Improve information architecture, internal linking, and crawl efficiency

Define schema strategy and validate structured data

Monitor performance in GA4 and Search Console, build Looker Studio dashboards

Lead experiments such as title testing and module variations, and report lift

Coordinate with paid media on keyword and landing page alignment

Maintain playbooks, status docs, and executive updates
