Founding Account Executive
Talentpluto is a seed-funded SaaS startup focused on data infrastructure and go-to-market enablement. They are seeking a Founding Account Executive who will run the entire sales cycle, generate and qualify leads, and collaborate with product and leadership to refine the sales process.
Responsibilities
Run the entire sales cycle from first touch through expansion
Generate and qualify your own pipeline alongside founder-led inbound
Refine the early sales motion into a repeatable process
Collaborate closely with product and leadership to shape messaging and roadmap
Experiment with outbound, events, and partnerships to drive demand
Represent the company with early customers and at industry touchpoints
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success closing $50K+ ACV, multi-stakeholder deals
Comfort with ambiguity and high-ownership environments
Ability to self-source pipeline and drive creative outreach
Preferred
Experience selling to venture-backed startups
Strong NYC tech network
