Responsibilities
Partner closely with co-founders to set integration strategy and make build vs. buy decisions
Work directly with customers to gather requirements, define workflows, and deliver production-ready solutions
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to bridge integrations with applied GenAI systems, ensuring real-world deployment of intelligent automation
Audit current integrations, reliability, and security posture
Finalize a 12-month integration roadmap and target list across EHRs and partner APIs
Ship an SDK and sample app MVP for partner onboarding
Migrate 3 legacy integrations to the EHR Proxy
Reach 100% automated test coverage for all integrations behind the EHR proxies
Ensure reusability across all integration projects to deduce engineering rework by 50%
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and Python
Proven experience integrating with multiple EHR systems across SMB and enterprise environments
Hands-on work with FHIR, HL7, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and hybrid/on-prem systems
Experience building with RPA frameworks (Selenium or similar)
Background in customer-facing engineering roles, gathering requirements and translating them into technical deliverables
