Required

A high-taste, generalist designer who's worked at a level where they've touched brand systems, product interfaces, marketing assets, and presentations, and brought a consistent level of quality across all of them

Providing feedback to other designers

Management experience is a plus

Worked at a top agency (Work&Co, Pentagram, Collins, Instrument, Huge, R/GA), in-house at a top startup or in-house at a company known for design excellence

Led or contributed to brand identity systems, product design, and marketing design

Been the person others turn to when something needs to look 'right'

Great at giving feedback & articulating why things are bad vs. great

Comfortable with AI tools and AI prompting
