Responsibilities
Generate self-sourced leads through door-to-door prospecting and approved networking
Schedule and conduct customer inspections in a professional and timely manner
Identify qualifying damage and secure signed contracts
Assist customers with initiating and navigating the insurance claim process
Meet with insurance adjusters and support accurate scope development
Manage customer communication and expectations throughout the process
Coordinate product selection meetings and upgrades
Maintain accurate and complete job documentation
Work collaboratively with Sales Management, Production, and internal departments
Represent Built Strong Exteriors with professionalism, safety, and integrity
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
Coachable mindset and willingness to follow proven sales processes
High level of organization, professionalism, and accountability
Preferred
Sales experience is helpful, but not required — training is provided
Construction, restoration, roofing, or insurance-related experience is a plus
