Responsibilities

We are looking for an analytical expert that will play a critical part in validating and harmonizing data from multiple pipelines and support cross-functional teams with reliable data for business decisions

Qualification

Data analysisMicrosoft ExcelData harmonizationAlcohol spirits industry knowledgeOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Management, Data & Insights or related

3 – 5 years of experience utilizing data platforms and dashboards to support internal functions and external stakeholders

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills including proficiency with formulas, data analysis, data harmonization, is required

Very strong organizational skills and analytical skills

The ability to be flexible and shift between tasks with a positive attitude

Preferred

Knowledge of the alcohol spirits industry 3-tier system

Experience collaborating and influencing CPG brand marketing and sales teams

Experience working with and managing 3rd party agencies

Great attention to detail

Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills

Effective problem-solving skills and good analysis skills

Be able to work with little supervision and demonstrate the initiative necessary to handle multiple projects in a timely manner within a very lean organization
