Responsibilities

Supervise painting crews and ensure quality standards are met on all projects
Plan and schedule painting activities to meet project timelines and client expectations
Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols
Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to address any concerns or changes
Manage inventory of painting materials and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance
Train and mentor painting staff on techniques, safety standards, and customer service skills
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and safety logs

Required

Proven experience as a Paint Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role in the painting industry

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the painting industry
