Responsibilities
Engage directly with customers in the local area to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide accurate information about Frontier telecommunications services, internet, and wireless products
Support the sales team by participating in customer presentations, product demonstrations, and account enrollments, offering professional customer service at every stage of the sales process
Build trust and loyalty by educating customers on the value of Frontier products, upgrades, and bundled services that improve their home connectivity and experience
Assist sales associates with customer enrollment, billing questions, order processing, and in-person follow-up support to ensure smooth service activation
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering expert product knowledge, confident communication, and consistent customer satisfaction
Stay current on Frontier’s telecommunications products, promotions, pricing, and service policies to ensure customers receive the most up-to-date and accurate information
Maintain organized account records, sales documentation, and customer data in compliance with all company and privacy standards
Represent Frontier and the company’s brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to high-quality customer service and sales excellence
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable meeting or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction goals
Patient and empathetic with the ability to resolve customer concerns confidently and professionally
Interested in growing within telecommunications, account management, and leadership roles
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer and sales demands
Preferred
Prior experience in telecommunications, retail sales, or account support is helpful but not required
Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
