Mid-Market Account Executive
Talentpluto is a fast-growing NYC startup focused on building the next generation of AI agents for customer engagement. They are seeking Mid-Market Account Executives to manage high-impact sales deals and develop their sales strategy, while engaging with mid-market accounts through the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle with mid-market accounts
Prospect and generate pipeline through a mix of inbound and outbound efforts
Partner with business leaders to position the AI platform within their organizations
Work closely with the leadership team to refine sales strategy and process
Consistently hit and exceed targets in a fast-moving startup environment
Qualification
Required
Experience in B2B SaaS sales with a track record of closing new business
Confidence managing mid-market sales cycles (6-figure ACVs)
Strong prospecting skills and ability to self-source opportunities
Interest in AI and emerging technologies
Comfortable with the speed and ambiguity of a startup environment
