Business Development Representative
Talentpluto is a fast-growing NYC startup building the next generation of AI agents for customer engagement. They are hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to help fuel pipeline and kickstart the sales engine, focusing on prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings.
Responsibilities
Prospect into target accounts and generate qualified opportunities
Run high-volume outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
Partner closely with Account Executives to build and expand pipeline
Develop a strong understanding of the AI and tech landscape
Bring energy, creativity, and persistence to hitting and exceeding targets
Qualification
Required
0-1 years of experience (internships, sales experience, or other high-achievement backgrounds welcome)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Competitive mindset with a demonstrated track record of achievement (academics, athletics, leadership, etc.)
Coachable, resilient, and hungry to succeed in a sales career
Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment with meaningful growth ahead
