Account Manager

Responsibilities
Manage tasks for client response, client follow up, and client deliverables
Work with operations management to identify customer opportunities for process improvement, consulting solutions, strategy, and growth
Handle and respond to requests for budget proposals or inquiries for information
Directly accountable for account relationship, meeting client expectations, and BCD M&E account financial performance
Ensure client profiles are maintained, kept up to date, and accessible
Serve as liaison between client and internal support teams. You are the #1 advocate for the internal support team and BCD M&E to the client
Qualification
Required
3 years' experience in an executive support, sales support or related role
Education and training associated with completion of a 4-year degree in a business-related program
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with Life Science Meetings management
