Needs to have a strong handle on creating and processing funding documents (MIPRs, AF9s); GEO-F experience a plus; experience developing spend plans

Needs to have a sound, well-rounded programmatic background and be very familiar with PPBE, acquisition vehicles, IGCE, SOW/PWS, CBJB, etc
