This remote, independent role involves responding to inquiries, sharing program information, and supporting participants in their learning journey.
Responsibilities
Respond to inbound enquiries from individuals exploring online learning programs
Share accurate program information using approved digital resources
Conduct professional conversations via phone, Zoom, and messaging
Support participants as they navigate self-paced learning platforms
Follow structured workflows and simple CRM systems
Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentoring
Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Qualification
Required
Experienced educators, facilitators, corporate professionals, and motivated career-transitioners
Valuing meaningful work, structured systems, and professional conversations
