Mid LevelTalentCollyde is partnering with AT&T Consulting to hire an OSP / Carrier Project Manager to support a nationwide initiative for retiring legacy copper wire centers and transitioning services to modern fiber/IP networks. The role involves identifying wire centers, planning migrations for public safety services, and developing remediation packages to facilitate the transition.

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) required
Experience in telecom, carrier OSP projects, or large-scale network/service transformation is strongly preferred
Proven ability to support complex, multi-stakeholder projects: planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and risk management
Comfortable working in change control–oriented environments, with solid understanding of testing strategies and defining acceptance criteria
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interface with PSAPs, internal AT&T teams, and senior management
Confident presenting critical situations, status, and recommendations to leadership and external stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across departments and subsidiaries to coordinate deliverables
Calm, levelheaded, and 'can-do' attitude under pressure and tight deadlines
Creative, customer-focused problem solver who can propose strategic, profitable alternatives for AT&T
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment
