Human Services Analyst
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a motivated Human Services Analyst to support the Department of Human Services. This role involves overseeing wellness programs and providing critical tools for stress management and overall health for staff supporting individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities
Oversee the state centers Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) program, staff wellness activities, and employee recognition activities
Provide opportunities to improve staff wellness by developing CISM programs for staff who witness or participate in traumatic events
Assign staff at all state centers and maintain training certifications, coordinate speakers and recovery plans that promote staff wellness, and serve as the bureau level administrator for staff credentialing
Represent BSOF at public events and frequently travel to Ebensburg Center, Selinsgrove Center and the Harrisburg Central Office
Qualification
Required
One year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs; and a bachelor's degree; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes one year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
