Responsibilities
Administration of the MSW program, which includes the following:
Program, personnel, and budget management
Curriculum oversight and course sequencing/scheduling
Leadership of the program, and collaboration at the department, University, and community levels
Maintain accreditation and complete the reaffirmation process
Qualification
Required
MSW from a CSWE-accredited program
Two years post-MSW practice experience
Higher education teaching experience
Experience in a leadership role
Experience with curriculum development
Preferred
PhD, PsyD, DSW, or doctoral degree
Five years post-MSW practice experience
Five years of clinical experience in social work
Current LCSW, LICSW, and/or independent licensure within social work
Previous CSWE accreditation experience
Experience as a program director of a CSWE-accredited program
