Responsibilities

Assist in cloud-related fundraises, financing partner relations, and special projects
Find and pursue new angles for corporate development

Qualification

Required

1+ years in capital markets, structured finance, investment banking, or similar (data center/GPU, energy, or other asset-heavy sectors preferred)
Deep financial-modeling fluency and the ability to simplify complexity for non-experts
Experience with debt financing, fund operations, or investor relations; SPV/fund launch background is a plus
Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related; MBA/MS welcomed (STEM profile valued)
Startup DNA—comfortable juggling multiple urgent workstreams

Preferred

Major bonus points for time spent working on significant GPU financings for firms like CoreWeave, Nebius, or Fluidstack
Miami, Boulder, or NYC-based preferable
