The Project Management Analyst 3 oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as a liaison between project management and other stakeholders, while also reviewing project statuses and developing resolutions for various project issues.

Responsibilities
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant exempt experience; Master's Degree and 4 year of relevant professional experience
One of the following may be used as equivalent to Bachelor's Degree to meet minimum qualifications: NNS Apprentice School graduate, Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate, Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience, Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience, High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience, High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience
Preferred
Provide oversight of all procured material performance
Establish a consistent operating rhythm with supply chain stakeholders, document risks to on-time PO placement and material receipt, and develop actions to improve performance and support ship schedules and cost objectives
Drive improvement in overall material costs in support of the CLB program material account manager
Maintain visibility of fixtures/government property needs and ensure volume and timing supports construction with X46 support
Ensure new requests are justified with an appropriate ROI
Represent CLB as part of company strategies for government-funded projects
