Facilitate sessions to understand and document business needs and user requirements for Guidewire projects
Analyze business processes and document workflows, functional specifications, user stories, system designs, and other technical documents
Assess existing system capabilities against new business requirements to identify gaps
Serve as a liaison between business units, development teams, and other stakeholders to communicate requirements and updates
Utilize deep knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry and specific Guidewire products
Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that align with business objectives and often maximize out-of-the-box Guidewire features
Experience with specific Guidewire modules PolicyCenter is crucial
Proficiency with Agile SCRUM and general business analysis methodologies
Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent client relationship management, and presentation skills

Required
Guidewire tool experience AND/OR P&C Insurance experience
