Responsibilities

Join us as a Research Analyst 3 in the Research and Technology Transfer Section for the Data Modernization & Innovation Office!
The incumbent will play a pivotal role in modernizing Alaska's transportation system through innovative research and training the workforce of tomorrow
You will be part of a team assessing needs, developing projects, and administering contracts for initiatives across the state

Required

Any combination of education and/or experience that provides the applicant with the core competencies of: Project Management: Knowledge of the principles, methods, or tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, and managing projects and resources, including monitoring and inspecting costs, work, and contractor performance
Information Management: Identifies a need for and knows where or how to gather information; organizes and maintains information or information management systems
Self-Management: Sets well-defined and realistic personal goals; displays a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments in a timely manner; works with minimal supervision; is motivated to achieve; demonstrates responsible behavior

Education and/or progressively responsible professional experience which included investigative research or statistical analysis
