Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with product-related questions and provide detailed information about our services
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database
Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance overall service quality
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar; familiarity with CRM systems is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for managing conflicts effectively
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills; familiarity with chat software is a bonus
