Supporting operational change initiatives that enhance process efficiency, uplift risk and controls, and embed sustainable practices across the Business Bank
Collaborate with a diverse range of internal stakeholders to support change initiatives from inception to execution
Uncover opportunities for improvement, inform business requirements, and drive solutions that support our strategic goals
Support process documentation and improvement activities
Navigate risk, compliance, and control environments with guidance from managers
Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders
Manage tasks and deadlines efficiently
Embrace new enterprise tools and frameworks to support change delivery
Qualification
Required
Exposure to operational change initiatives in financial services or a related industry
Strong analytical skills to gather, interpret, and report data that informs business decisions
Ability to support process documentation and improvement activities
Comfortable navigating risk, compliance, and control environments with guidance from managers
Effective communication skills with team members and cross-functional stakeholders
Efficient task and deadline management to ensure work is delivered on time
Adaptable and eager to learn new enterprise tools and frameworks to support change delivery
