Alamo Colleges District is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support and maintain the Human Resource System (HRS) and other systems managed by the HRIS team. The role involves ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvements, along with supporting HRS upgrades and technical projects.

Responsibilities
Supports and maintains the Human Resource System (HRS) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team
Serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities
Supports HRS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree
Three (3) years of relevant experience
Must have a valid driver license and be insurable through the organization's insurers
Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
Preferred
Five years of relevant experience
Experience in data manipulation, developing HR reports, and /or working in a higher education environment
One or more years of project management experience
Systems implementation experience
Prefer IT certification
