Support Specialist
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status, addressing any customer concerns
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service efficiency
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to inform future processes
Assist in identifying trends in customer inquiries to enhance the overall customer experience
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in email and chat support
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite
