Provide technical support for AI audio platform, troubleshoot APIs, integrations, telephony issues, and translate findings for customers and teams in a fast-paced startup environment

Manage own workload, priorities, and learning without close supervision

Identify patterns, raise product issues, and improve internal docs/knowledge base

Required
