Account Executive
Responsibilities
Drive the full-cycle sales process: aggressively prospect outbound leads, run dynamic sales meetings, and close business quickly
Leverage a dedicated SDR to maximize your prospecting and outbound effectiveness
Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Maintain precise pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, product, and marketing to refine strategies and messaging
Represent the brand with confidence, professionalism, and urgency in every interaction
Qualification
Required
8+ months of successful closing experience
Demonstrated track record of pipeline generation and closing through outbound sales
Highly competitive, hungry, and driven personality with a genuine desire to exceed expectations
Comfortable managing high-velocity sales cycles (~1 month per deal)
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to thrive onsite in NYC, in a high-energy, collaborative startup environment
