Responsibilities

Assist customers with obtaining a full range of services by providing information and applying a variety of laws, rules, policies, procedures, and program requirements

Assist with providing advice and answers

Reviewing and validating forms for completeness and accuracy in order to provide services and products

Follow set rules and procedures to routinely gather to make eligibility determinations and deliver direct services applicable to one of multiple eligibility areas and programs

Apply guidelines to calculate benefits and, if determined eligible, issue one-time or ongoing assistance

Refer applicants to other agencies or other public programs, or community resources

Perform work under general supervision

May be required to perform case management work
