They are seeking an Associate Director for the Apprenticeship Program to direct and support training initiatives, oversee program design and implementation, and promote employee growth within Housing Facilities.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee the Apprenticeship Program for Housing Facilities, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and industry standards

Manage the Apprenticeship Program for Housing Facilities and other related programs including the day- to -day operational and annual program modifications

Collaborate with the Director of Facilities Operations and SAAS Human Resources to establish clear pathways for career progression within facilities operations

Monitor and evaluate progress of the overall program as well as employees by tracking, documenting, and preparing appropriate reports

Provide ongoing mentorship and support to program participants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

Required

Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and 3 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience

Knowledge of design and development of needs assessment, curriculum design, evaluation and training delivery methods

Presentation and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate concepts, terminology, and practices

Knowledge of relevant computer software

Ability to stimulate and facilitate individuals and groups in the learning process

Ability to plan and manage projects and self-directed work groups

Direct and supervise staff when necessary

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers
