Process and code vendor invoices, manage invoice approvals, and execute timely payments through AP workflows
Manage customer billing and collections: prepare invoices, post receipts, and follow up on outstanding balances
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to support accurate month-end close
Maintain accurate accounts and documentation: file invoices, update ledgers, and support audit readiness
Prepare and submit expense reports, credit card reconciliations, and assist with payroll documentation
Collaborate with project managers and finance colleagues to support budgeting, reporting, and ad hoc financial requests
