Tallahassee State College is thrilled to announce a full-time, grant-funded opening for the position of FCDI Program Manager with Florida Department of Education. In this role, you will be responsible for creating access and opportunities for all students to have the best civics education, including curriculum and speech and debate programs.

Responsibilities

Assists with local, regional and annual state and national debate competition planning, and post­ tournament activities
Maintains accurate lists of participating programs, district and school contacts
Creates and maintains FCDI calendar of events and shares calendar with FEF staff and participating programs
Presents the Florida Civics & Debate Initiative mission and programs in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. A combination of education and experience may substitute for the required degree
