Lead Maintenance Technician at Echelon and Gentry East

Responsibilities
Maintain Physical Integrity and Safety of Community
Anticipate, identify and correct any and all problems
Perform any and all property maintenance needs
Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas
HVAC service and repair (willing to train)
Prepare apartments for new residents
Complete Work Orders
Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash
Provides leadership, guidance, and development for community Maintenance team
Qualification
Required
3 - 5 years multi-family/apartment maintenance experience
Supervisory/Lead experience
Basic carpentry
Plumbing
Electrical and mechanical systems
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Tools (hammer, screwdrivers, channel locks, multi meter, Allen wrenches, pliers, knife, flashlight)
Able to respond to afterhours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation
