Responsibilities
Provide leadership and innovative solutions in mechanical testing at both part and system levels
Lead and mentor engineering teams, offering technical guidance on complex projects and issues
Architect and deliver mechanical system designs that meet exact product specifications
Demonstrate creativity in defining product and project architecture
Collaborate and communicate effectively across teams to accomplish project objectives
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in 3D MCAD tools (Creo/Siemens NX)
Extensive experience with sheet metal enclosure design
Demonstrated mastery in GD&T and tolerance analysis
Proven track record in mechanical design, specifically with telecom systems
Ability to innovate and drive project success within a collaborative team environment
Leadership and mentoring skills for engineering teams
Ability to architect and deliver mechanical system designs that meet exact product specifications
Creativity in defining product and project architecture
Effective collaboration and communication skills across teams
Preferred
Experience in the design of compute/networking products, particularly those designated for data centers
