Responsibilities
Lead daily tasks for multiple ESD labs across the site
Support ESD Site Lead on compliance verification and audits
Manage the operation of the ESD ticket system and provide timely services
Communicate with internal customers regarding ESD tasks
Collect and analyze data for ESD events
Prepare test documentation and operate general purpose test equipment
Lead a small team with work direction, training, and scheduling
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Minimum of 5 years of relevant electronic experience
Proficiency in operating GPTE and Windows-based tools
Minimum of 5 years of electronic test experience
Experience in following detailed procedures diligently and consistently
Preferred
Associate degree in a related field
Experience with aerospace production quality and test
Certification in ESD-TR53 ESD Compliance Verification Technician
Knowledge of ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities
Experience in multi-tasking and managing complex tasks
