15+ years expRIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking an SAP BRIM Functional Lead to support the implementation of a new billing and revenue system. This role involves leading workshops, guiding development and testing, and providing expert support throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities
Lead workshops to gather/document requirements for the new billing & revenue system and develop an Agile Product Backlog (Service Blueprints, end-to-end flows, features, user stories, development tasks, test scenarios/scripts, and RICEFs)
Lead workshops to introduce new end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes
Serve as client liaison for all development & testing related to billing user stories across DEV, SIT, UAT, and Hypercare
Act as SME for all assigned implementation processes & procedures
Lead functional testing for assigned solution areas
Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Create user readiness documentation and deliver user training workshops
Design and perform integration testing supporting business process transformation from legacy systems
Provide SAP BRIM functional support during hyper care post–go-live
Perform root cause analysis and resolve system/data defects
Support billing validation, data reconciliation, and conversion accuracy
Qualification
Required
S/4 HANA Experience is a must have
Deep expertise across BRIM (SOM, CI, CM, CC, FICA)
Leadership in requirements gathering
Solution design
Integration testing
Agile backlog creation
User training

SAP BRIM systems expert specializing in high-volume, consumption-based billing
Experience with full end-to-end Order-to-Cash design and implementation
Proven experience leading requirement workshops and writing functional specifications for BRIM/FICA implementations
Experience managing Order-to-Cash workstreams, including forecasting, tracking, and delivery oversight
Hands-on configuration experience for pricing, rating, billing, and invoicing in CC/CM/CI
Hands-on configuration of dunning and collections in SAP FICA
Experience designing automation test processes and configurations for SAP BRIM
Strong ability to interpret complex B2B contracts and convert them into configurable billing/financial processes
Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Experience supporting Global Billing operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 + Azure DevOps Testing Module
15+ years of experience in Billing + SAP BRIM across multiple implementation projects (ideal)
Preferred
Enterprise SAP Project delivery
