Responsibilities
Consult with education product teams on product design to enhance teaching experiences backed by learning sciences research
Evaluate the quality of education products and provide recommendations from an educator’s perspective
Contribute to the design, development, and improvement of high-quality K12 edtech products
Consult with product teams developing education features and suggest improvements aligned with learning science best practices
Help prototype new education features, including prompt writing and editing
Evaluate AI tutoring systems and educational products
Qualification
Required
4+ years of high school or college teaching/tutoring experience in English/language arts (reading and writing), either in-person or online
Strong writing skills for a variety of audiences
Fluency with GSuite products, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides
College degree or equivalent in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred
Experience consulting with edtech products and using GenAI tools
Experience conducting professional development for educators
Advanced knowledge in pedagogical principles and learning sciences research
Familiarity with computer science, large language models, and prompt engineering
