Responsibilities

Mail sorting and distribution
Responding to inquiries via email
Conducting regular mail runs
Scanning, printing, and general document handling
Checking in, logging, and delivering packages
Using digital scanners, copiers, and printers
Basic computer use for email and office tasks
Position involves walking and standing for extended periods
Temp-to-hire role with potential for full-time conversion based on performance

Required

High school diploma or GED
1–2 years of related experience (office admin, secretary, mailroom, etc.)
Some copy/print job experience preferred
May require a valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage (per Ricoh policy)
Strong customer service skills
Good PC skills and comfort with office software
Solid organizational and prioritization abilities
Basic math and filing skills
Ability to operate office machines and technical equipment
Ability to interpret, comprehend, and apply detailed instructions and information
Ability to lift/move up to 50–55 lbs occasionally
May require pushing/pulling wheeled machines weighing up to 700 lbs for repair movement
Requires moderate dexterity (calculator use, keyboarding, basic tools, hand–eye coordination)
