Responsibilities

Build new pumps and supporting equipment

Complete retrofits and refurbish existing rental fleet as needed

Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of pumps to ensure optimal performance

Perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, and equipment checks; inspect, repair, and adjust pumps, completing all documentation accurately

Participate in training programs directed by leadership to enhance technical skills and knowledge

Maintain tools according to MSHA and OSHA regulations for safe operation

Report any unserviceable or unsafe shop tools, equipment, or vehicles to the Manager

Handle essential computer tasks, including work orders, parts searches, and email communications

Collaborate with coworkers and customers to ensure top-quality equipment and exceed customer expectations

Provide exceptional service and support during field visits, overseeing installation, repair, maintenance, and testing

Diagnose and resolve technical issues, generate detailed service reports

Operate vehicles safely and use field automation systems as needed

Understand and address customer needs, providing recommendations and briefings for satisfaction

Follow all company procedures and protocols

Work with the technical team and share information across the organization

Foster positive relationships with customers and provide reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions
