Responsibilities
Providing support to users of the companys computer network and telephone systems
Taking calls and entering issues into the helpdesk tracking system
Attempting to solve problems on first contact
Passing calls to a level-2 engineer if problems cannot be solved
Supporting desktops/laptops, operating systems, servers, applications, and remote access systems
Resetting user passwords and voicemail accounts
Monitoring server and application systems and responding to alerts as needed
Setting up new users on the network, determining access, and establishing passwords and new user accounts
Qualification
Required

Taking calls, virtual Smart Bar, and performing password resets
