Responsibilities
Lead and oversee data migration projects from legacy systems to modern platforms
Analyze legacy systems to ensure data integrity and compatibility with the new model for migration
Design and execute data migration strategies, including data mapping, transformation, and loading (ETL)
Provide technical guidance and pseudo code to development teams
Oversee project delivery, including QA, UAT, Release Management, and Warranty Support
Collaborate with Business, Legal, Infrastructure, and other stakeholders to define scope and deliverables
Identify and optimize time cost-saving opportunities, resolve existing issues, and address bottlenecks
Generate reports and communicate with leadership on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans
Lead and guide project teams in data management, model updates, and addressing data quality issues
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on a W2 basis
7+ years Proven experience in leading data migration projects
Strong understanding of data migration strategies, including data mapping, transformation, and loading (ETL)
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and reporting
Experience with modernization of applications like TMSIS
Background in community engagement and designing campaigns for system updates
Familiarity with legacy systems such as TWC, BHN, and COR Portal
