Minimum 3 years’ experience Desktop support
Familiar with Service Now app, Know how create, update and resolve tickets
Knowledge of Intune and used for at least 3 years
Active Directory – add users to security groups, unlock / reset password
Image computers using Intune
O365 , Teams and SharePoint – min 3 years’ experience
Networking – familiar with making network cables, understand how a switch works, how to find IP address
Server – able to create folders, shares, add users to security groups, check running services
Qualification
Required
