Manage event logistics and ensure seamless execution from start to finish
Provide accurate timelines, status updates, and documentation to keep stakeholders aligned
Support event planning with checklists, templates, and tools
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, vendors, and partners for successful event delivery
Contribute to creating polished and professional experiences for executive-level attendees
Qualification
Required
2–3+ years of experience in corporate events, field marketing, or event operations
Hands-on experience managing logistics and event execution
Proficient with Google Suite and Excel
Experience with Salesforce and Asana
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented with a professional and resourceful mindset
Comfortable working as a contractor in a fast-moving team environment
Willing to travel when needed for on-site event support
Preferred
Familiarity with Swoogo or RainFocus
