Responsibilities
Have a critical role in the transition from Offendertrak to new system
Provide end-user support for mission-critical applications and databases
Perform functional analysis
Document system requirements
Provide training and assistance with applications
Manage requests for permissions to various software systems
Participate in system upgrades
Serve as tier II support for problems with applications
Develop reports and interfaces
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 5-8+ years of IT experience with emphasis in applications development and support
Minimum of 5 years IT experience in supporting applications and databases
Knowledge of analytical skills and the ability to work resourcefully to accomplish project objectives
