Responsibilities

Prioritize projects with Marketing and Product Leadership based on strategic impact, business objectives, and available resources

Understand and influence creative plans, especially for in-product experiences

Proactively identify and frame marketing or advertising challenges

Take a strategic approach to problem-solving and drive creative solutions

Advocate for creative innovation and new initiatives

Plan and coordinate resource needs across multiple projects

Build strong partnerships with Marketing and Product teams, including Product Design and Product Management

Maintain trusted relationships with creative and production partners

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Insights, Analytics, Research, and Media

Lead and manage creative projects to ensure timely and successful delivery

Act as the main point of contact for external agencies supporting creative work

Navigate and prioritize competing needs through sound judgment and innovative thinking

Coordinate and allocate resources across complex initiatives

Identify both strategic and creative solutions to broader challenges

Required

BA/BS degree or 10+ years of experience in a creative agency, production studio, or digital product marketing environment

Proven experience working closely with Marketing and Product teams

Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with media, research/planning, and analytics

Experience managing creative and marketing projects from development through execution

Familiarity with various formats including live action, digital, and animation

Skilled in setting priorities, solving problems, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
