Senior Helpdesk Support

Responsibilities

Communicate all internal and external changes to impacted parties, which could include change description, implementation dates, project milestones, status updates, as well as any existing or potential escalation issues
Evaluate project scope to identify change management impacts, strategies and tactics tracking changes through full implementation
Can identify problems, analyze information, make judgements, make recommendation, and propose solutions
Support the build of an automated change intake and communication platform
Develop workflows that can support/centralize work activities
Develop database tables that are used in metrics and reporting
Develop automation to simplify manual processes such as ETL steps
Responsible to manage and maintain platforms including troubleshooting, access entitlements, process/systematic enhancements and additional automation opportunities
Proactively follows escalation and change control processes
Implement solutions to improve effectiveness and results
Works issues/projects as assigned to support improvements
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
Can exercise independence of judgment and autonomy

Required

Associates Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience in Application Technical Support
At least 1 year of experience in Network Support
At least 1 year of experience in Field Computer Technician
1 year of experience in Reporting and Analysis
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of experience in Application Technical Support
3+ years of experience in Network Support
3+ years of experience in Field Computer Technician
3+ years of experience in Reporting and Analysis
