Responsibilities
Research and test strategies to maximize visibility on YouTube and search engines
Stay ahead of algorithm updates and identify opportunities others miss
Design and execute growth experiments across multiple channels
Track, measure, and report on experiments with intellectual honesty
Kill what doesn't work fast, double down on what does
Build the systems and processes that enable growth at scale
Set up and manage the technical environment to support operations
Solve operational challenges as they arise
Create a task execution capacity that outperforms external platforms
Develop systematic approaches to engagement and CTR optimization
Document what works into clear, repeatable processes (SOPs)
Build foundations that can scale with the company
Qualification
Required
You've worked in SEO, YouTube growth, or affiliate marketing — ideally in competitive niches
You understand how platforms really work, not just the official guidelines
You're a systems thinker: you see the process behind the tactic
You're resourceful, scrappy, and solution-oriented
You're comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information
You're autonomous — you don't wait to be told what to do
English fluent
Preferred
French is a plus
Experience in iGaming or high-competition affiliate verticals
Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Make, or similar)
You've built or scaled a YouTube channel before
Experience setting up remote operations or working with distributed teams
