Responsibilities

Lead and perform NETA-certified testing on transformers, switchgear, breakers, relays, cables, and related electrical equipment to ensure safety, compliance, and performance standards are met

Mentor and train Level I and II technicians in field testing practices, safety protocols, documentation, and career progression toward certification

Enforce safety measures such as arc flash protection, lockout/tagout procedures, and job hazard analyses in compliance with NFPA, NETA, and OSHA standards

Prepare accurate and detailed reports while using mobile-based CMS tools (or similar platforms) for real-time data tracking and deliverables

Collaborate with engineering, commissioning, and operations teams to deliver safe, efficient, and timely project outcomes
