Responsibilities
Business intelligence expertise and technical skills to successfully deliver Data Integration and Business Intelligence solutions based on Pentaho Data Integration (PDI) tool
Expertise in developing jobs and transformations for different business solutions in Pentaho Data Integration tool
Analysing, designing, testing and coding of Data Integration/Data Migration logics according to the user requirements
Experience in administration and configuring / maintenance of multiple Pentaho Environments
Strong skills in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
Candidate must be Proficient in SQL programming to write complex queries including joins, triggers, views, Stored Procedures, etc
Exposure to Performance tuning approaches/techniques
Hands-on experience in windows batch scripting, UNIX shell scripting
Involved in complete SDLC of the project using Agile Methodology
Managing the team technically/functionally in absence of Tech lead
Involved in development activities as well as the Prod Support which includes bug fixes, user support
Creating RFC's for the Prod release and supporting for the prod deployment
Involved in Database/Certificate Renewal Process
Qualification
Required
7+ years total IT experience
3+ years of Pentaho (PDI) tool experience
Business intelligence expertise and technical skills to successfully deliver Data Integration and Business Intelligence solutions based on Pentaho Data Integration (PDI) tool
Expertise in developing jobs and transformations for different business solutions in Pentaho Data Integration tool
