Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive studies of the organization's current processes and procedures, identifying areas that could benefit from automation or improvement
Based on the analysis, develop and design IT solutions that can automate processes, enhance efficiency, and improve service delivery across the organization
This function also includes staying updated on emerging technologies within Infrastructure domains that could be leveraged to improve operations
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, technology teams, and other personnel, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met
This also includes regularly reporting progress and solution performance metrics to stakeholders and senior Technology leaders
Maintain awareness of and adhere to rules impacting the solution delivery process, such as compliance regulations, data governance policies, or organizational mandates, ensuring solutions are robust and sustainable
Oversee the entire lifecycle of solution projects, from conceptualization to implementation
This includes managing resources, timelines, and risk mitigation while ensuring the successful delivery
Qualification
Required
Proficient in business process analysis, IT solution design, and Infrastructure domains
Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Strong self-management skills, with a high level of initiative and dedication to complete assignments promptly
Ability to build and maintain cooperative working relationships
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify and evaluate problem-solving options
Must hold a CSA - Certified ServiceNow Analyst Certification
