Responsibilities
Configure and implement SAP TM solutions to meet client requirements
Design transportation networks, carriers, rates, and master data
Customize SAP TM functionalities and integrate with SAP SD, MM, EWM, and FI modules
Gather and analyze transportation management requirements
Prepare AS-IS and TO-BE process documentation and functional specifications
Lead end-to-end SAP TM implementation projects (blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment)
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for end-users
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP TM issues post-implementation
Recommend system upgrades and process improvements
Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 5 years in SAP TM implementation and configuration
Hands-on experience in transportation planning, freight order management, carrier selection, tendering, and settlement
Strong understanding of transportation management processes
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
SAP TM configuration (Master Data, Freight Units, Planning, Charge Calculation, Settlement)
Integration knowledge with SAP SD, MM, EWM, FI
Familiarity with S/4HANA embedded TM setup
Understanding of LSP/Shipper scenarios and EDI interfaces
Analytical thinking and problem-solving
Stakeholder management
Project management and team collaboration
Preferred
SAP TM certification (preferred)
