Responsibilities
Execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality across web and mobile platforms
Collaborate closely with software engineers and product owners to validate requirements and ensure high quality delivery
Investigate and report bugs and performance issues
Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Assist in improving and evolving the SDLC with a focus on quality and efficiency
Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes
Support test automation efforts using Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks
Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and backend testing
Proactively identify opportunities for testing improvement and automation
Maintain and track quality metrics and KPIs
Qualification
Required
Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering with SaaS & mobile applications
Strong experience in manual testing with a demonstrated ability to find and isolate issues
3+ years of experience using Selenium, Playwright, or similar for test automation
2+ years of experience writing SQL queries and working with MySQL
Strong understanding of Agile development processes
Proven ability to operate independently, take initiative, and get things done with minimal oversight
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and willing to 'do what it takes' to get the job done
Self-motivated, self-starter who can operate successfully on multiple projects simultaneously
